Good morning! Looks like a bright sunny day ahead! Let’s do some good today!
ReplyDeleteYes Ma'am indeed!
DeleteHave a Terrific Thursday everybody!
Good morning! Think I may hit the trails again today! Have a good day everyone!
ReplyDeleteI got 5.85 miles in yesterday. And I did cancel that interview saying things occured recently that it wasnt going to be a good fit and apologized and let her know it does seem like a great place to work.. She invited me to reapply in the future if thongs change amd they have openings.
Delete*THINGS NOT THONGS LOL
DeleteI hope everyone's day is going well.
ReplyDeleteMine has been okay. I feel like I have been less produtive today though. I guess we all have days like that. The oppressive daily heat is really kicking me in the tush the past 2 days. :-(
I just checked my local weather. No wonder I'm feeling so, "Meh" the heat index, ( feels like temp,) is 106' !!!
DeleteWhew thats hot JimmyJams!!
DeleteSure is Cel! How r u doing? I hope your spirit is lifted after your 5 plus mile hike yesterday:-)
DeleteI did another roughly 2.5 or more today. My legs though... keep giving out. I need to see a specialist. My bone density scan came back and I have osteoporosis. Now Im afraid I broke a toe today. Lol it never ends over here!! But my hike today def was a burner. Summit in and out after side trails. Phewyyyy.
DeleteHow ya feeling?
Don't put off seeing a specialist Cel! That way he/she can begin monitoring progression and potential treatments to delay or offset any future changes due to the osteoporosis.
DeleteYou might want to ask what types of exercising and duration is safest for you. It's possible you're pushing your body beyond it's safest limit and this will make all of your conditions worse as they are all connected. Dang that! As if having multiple medical conditions isn't enough on it's own, No! Each has the potential to affect another. Such a harsh reality! I've got several myself. It's hard, but, you learn to manage as best you can. The trouble lies in becoming, "tired of having to", and taking a break from doing what we know is best for us. I pay for complacency, then get back to taking care to do what I need. Sorry for the ramble. I feel for you!
HOT HOT HOT!!! I’ll try sending some of our cool upper 70s/ low 80s temps! we have one more day and then all into the upper 90s again. ( this is unheard of in July for Nebraska.!)
ReplyDeleteThank you Cindy! A thunderstorm is rumbling through right now to cool things off a bit!
DeleteI am thankful for any relief, and I appreciate that I have a working window air-conditioner in my bedroom.
Oh wow you two!. I’m just now catching up on your conversation. Cel, you have a lot to deal with. Julie said it very well. Take care of you.
