    Good morning my friends! Hope you have a great one! My day is getting started and I’m moving and grooving. My breakfast is the same as it is everyday, Oatmeal with Kos, coffee with SF Hazelnut and Sucralose and a Coke Zero!

    Hope everyone has a good day and stays cool!
    I have my 6 wk follow up from surgery today.
    Rocked my bathing suit yesterday and had a blast.
    Thunderstorms and rain this afternoon. Back to work tomorrow! Heat wave starts tomorrow too!

      Ive healed wonderfully! Unfortunately I have to go see an endocronologist for the osteoporosis and low hormones from menopause due to inability to treat them with normal meds because of my pre-existing medocal problems. Shes worried of the wait to see a specialist due to how progressed my osteoporosis is already.

    Good morning all! Woke to rumble of thunder and clouds, would sure love a surprise shower! Last day of our county fair, it was a big success! Hope you all enjoy a great day ahead!
