    Good morning! Its a cloudy/foggy 630am and I have been up since about 2am. Couldnt sleep after work due to a bad CHF flare up. Couldnt breathe/insomnia. Darn triage.
    Hoping you stay safe and sound with the storm coming through, JimmyJams!!

    Wellness check was very good! But….Upped my BP med and scheduled a bone density test. Great to get old😩

    Great news that your wellness check went well! Best wishes on your bone density test. They tell you that age comes with wisdom, they don't tell you that is also comes with a host of issues like the body and mind not performing like they did in our 20's! 😂

    As of the 5pm. Update: my area is no longer projected to be in the direction path of the hurricane. I'm thankful for that! I am praying for all of the college students, faculty, and residents of Tallahassee, FL, which is now projected to be the area where the storm will hit hardest.
    Storm surge is still a threat to communities along the west coast. Strong rain and thunderstorm bands, (seem to be continuous in my area now,) could spawn tornadoes. It's going to be a long night. I took extra naps today expecting I wouldn't be able to sleep during the worst of the storm(s.)
    Midnight to 5am is the window of threat for dangerous weather where I live. I am grateful that this one will not directly hit my neighborhood!
