    Happy Saturday everyone! Hope you all have a productive yet relaxing day! I started my morning with a beautiful fresh fruit salad and a piece of avocado rye toast. I have gardening to do and a ton of basil to pick and process. Will probably make one more batch of pesto for the freezer since friends and family happily finagle it from me during the winter! Also freezing some fresh corn that our farmer neighbor generously gave to us. We are blessed! Unfortunately, hubby can’t eat it now because he has a colonoscopy coming up on Tuesday. Poor guy! Enjoy your weekend!

    Hope it goes well!
    Finally feeling a little more "human" this morning. Not 100% but better than the last few days thats for sure.
    Bummed I didnt water my garden yesterday and the rain went around us! Poor garden. Now its very thirsty!
