    Good morning!
    Beach was a great time yesterday! While at the beach I got texts to come in to work today. They need desk help. Sighhhh. I dont want to.... but the extra $ wont hurt. So gonna go jn for a few hrs.

      The extra money is helpful. I hope working the desk doesn't get too hectic for you today. Best wishes for your Sunday/Monday shifts. Thank goodness for holiday pay at least.

      They took me off the desk after an hr and put me on the floor. It was an easy peasy day until 3 mins before my shift ended. A code up on 3rd floor. (We are on ground so it is 4 flights up). Code team in ED responds. But forgot a kit. Charge nurse sends me.up. elevator to get to the locked geri psych unit is too slow so Im running up all these stairs lol. Then back down stairs and all over cause of airway cart etc. Only got out half hr late.
      Not too bad.

    Hard to get up today! Heard the neighbor’s mower early so I too, can beat some of the heat coming today. Hope everyone has a great start to the weekend!
