    Im doing my best to stay positive in my autoimmune flare up that has me feeling poorly about myself. Stuck in some stinkin thinkin here.

      Thanks JimmyJams! It just gets hard when the inflammation messes with my body image so badly. I start to obsess. Esp with the scale.
      But I am trying!!
