    I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
    I thought yesterday that maybe some of you that haven't commented in a long spell, would say "hello." Didn't happen though. ☹️

      My whacky work schedule and a busy day yesterday Im sorry I havent popped in!!
      But good news is I dropped 5 lbs of inflammation/fluid in those couple days.
      Hoping it stays off!
      Hope you are all doing well and had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
