    Todays quote is 100% on point for what I have been trying to teach myself in life.
    Love it.
    Been a good day today minus some negative self thoughts.
    Went through the cemetery and said my "hello"s to my friend whose 9 yr death anniversary is coming up soon and to my gram and papa.
    Then went back trails to pond to zen time it.
